3.1 Order acceptance

We sell and ship products only within the United States and Canada.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico are not available.

Products may be returned in accordance with the VIGO Return Policy included with your shipment.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and both parties consent to this jurisdiction.

VIGO shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, civil unrest, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.
11.5 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11.6 Waiver
Failure to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver of such term or any other provision.
11.7 Survival
Any provision that, by its nature, should survive termination (including warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect after this Agreement ends.
