fashion house does not decorate a building. It edits one.
Armani/Casa’s signature has always been subtraction — greige and black, straight lines, and nothing left in a room that has not earned its place. So when the interiors of a 33-story tower in Panama City carry that name, everything installed inside inherits an unusually strict brief: be excellent, and be quiet.
That is harder for a fixture than it sounds. A faucet cannot hide behind a sofa. A shower is the one part of a home a resident stands inside, alone, every morning. Get it wrong and it is the only thing they remember.
The Setting
A tower in Bella Vista
Nuovo rises in one of Panama City’s most established addresses and finishes with a Sky Club on the roof — pool, gym, yoga room and a terrace that takes in Panama Bay, the old streets of Casco Antiguo, and the Canal beyond. Inside are fully furnished one- and two-bedroom residences with ten-foot ceilings, Italian doors, custom closets and marble floors, run as a full-service building closer to a five-star hotel than a condo stack.

The Glass
One sheet of glass, and no door at all
Every shower is closed by the VIGO Meridian shower screen — one fixed, stationary panel of tempered glass held in a slim matte-black frame, and nothing else. Nothing swings, nothing slides, no track runs dry. Rather than adding an enclosure, the panel removes one wall of it: the shower stops being a box and becomes an opening, and the stone runs unbroken from the room into the shower.

The Water
Three showers, resolved into one column
Behind the glass sits the VIGO Rector shower panel: a rainfall head overhead, two body jets down the spine, and a handheld wand, all fed through a single slim column. A resident gets three different showers from one object. The alternative specification is a rain head, a hand shower, body sprays and a wall of trim plates — five things to align, seal and eventually service. One column replaces all of it, which is how a tower with hundreds of bathrooms stays maintainable in its tenth year rather than just its first.

The Kitchen
The one place a fixture may look like a tool
In an open-plan apartment the kitchen is never off-stage — it is furniture that happens to cook. So the VIGO Livingston kitchen faucet is allowed to be the exception to all this disappearing: a semi-professional spring gooseneck with a black cFiber coil over a stainless-steel body, hose exposed on purpose, with a 360-degree swivel spout and a dual-function pull-down spray head. It reads as equipment rather than trim. Armani/Casa interiors are calm to the point of hush; one mechanical object at the counter gives the eye somewhere to land.

A tower does not run one color scheme. The same Rector shower panel is specified in three finishes so a matte-black bathroom, a warm brass one and a cool stainless one all read as the same decision.
